1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials—including course content, workbooks, videos, PDFs, coaching materials, and resources—are the exclusive property of Moore Joy Group and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You MAY:
 ✔ Access and use the content for personal and non-commercial use only.
 ✔ Download resources if explicitly permitted inside the program.

You MAY NOT:
 ✘ Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content.
 ✘ Use our brand name, logo, or materials without permission.

Violations of this policy may result in termination of access without a refund.

2. Course Enrollment & Payments (Kajabi)

2.1 Payment & Access

When you purchase a Moore Joy Group course or program via Kajabi, you agree to:
 ✔ Provide accurate billing information.
 ✔ Pay the full amount, either upfront or via an approved payment plan.
 ✔ Not share your login details with others.

All payments are processed securely through Kajabi’s payment system (Stripe/PayPal).

2.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital programs, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please review the refund policy for each program before purchasing.

2.3 No Chargebacks

By purchasing, you waive the right to file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected].

4. Online Community & Code of Conduct

If you participate in Moore Joy Group’s Kajabi-hosted community (or live coaching calls), you agree to:
 ✔ Treat all members with respect.
 ✔ Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior.
 ✔ Keep shared materials confidential.

If you violate this policy, we reserve the right to remove you from the community and coaching programs without refund.

5. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

5.1 Educational Purposes Only

Moore Joy Group provides educational coaching and leadership development. We do not offer financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

Your results depend on your effort, background, and commitment—there are no guarantees.

5.2 No Warranties

Moore Joy Group does not guarantee:

  • That Kajabi or our content will always be available.
  • That your leadership/business outcomes will match testimonials or case studies.

6. Termination of Access

Moore Joy Group may revoke access to any program or service if:

  • A user violates these Terms.
  • A user harasses or disrupts coaching sessions or communities.
  • A payment is not completed.

Access is at the discretion of Moore Joy Group and all sales remain final.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

✔ Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Florida, USA laws.
 ✔ Arbitration Agreement: Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Florida.
 ✔ No Class Actions: You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
